Warehouse Units

Our park is zoned M2 industrial and houses 11 grade level  warehouse style buildings on 23.2 acres of land, with units  ranging from 500 to 17,000 square feet in size. These sizes  can vary and be tailor-made to suit your needs.

All of our units have wide 20 feet high, drive-in bay doors to  accommodate forklift and truck dimensions with ceilings ranging from 25 to 35 feet in height. They come with washroom facilities, fluorescent lighting and natural gas radiant heat.

Some of our warehouses are equipped with extra features such  as 3-phase power, industrial and commercial high bay lighting plus mezzanines with small offices.

Parking is available around your chosen bay as well as throughout the park for the use of overflow fleets, shipping containers  and/or trucks and trailers.
