We at Dragonwood are committed to making your experience with us a memorable one, which is why many of our services are tailor made to suit your needs. We offer grounds maintenance, warehouse space ranging from 500 to 12,000 square feet; office space and parking ideal for overflow fleets and shipping containers.

All of our tenants can also utilize the following optional services for an additional cost, with the exception of security which is mandatory and already included in all of our rental agreements, short or long term.

Carpentry - We can provide quality craftsmanship from basic carpentry work right up to fine finishing.

Forklift - An indispensable piece of equipment in warehousing operations, we have the experience and knowledge to provide you with a forklift service to make the process of moving a few pallets or loading and unloading a truck a lot easier.

Warehouse opening service - We can assist you in opening up your shop to potential clients when you’re out of town or simply unable to make your scheduled appointment. This is a great alternative to having a potential sale walk away for not being able to view your product.

Security - On site security and 24 hour video surveillance is provided on our site to ensure the highest quality of service to our tenants.

Marketing Services - We provide marketing initiatives to help our tenants’ businesses gain exposure. By featuring your business in welcome packages and other marketing approaches we offer you the opportunity to build more clientele.
