Dragonwood Enterprises Ltd is a privately owned property management firm in operation for over 50 years. Headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Dragonwood operates properties in Canada, Europe and the United States.
Since its inception, the main focus has been on building relationships with our tenants and suppliers, this being the reason for which many of our tenants have chosen to stay with us for over 50 years. We pride ourselves in our quality of service and are dedicated to helping you find the right solution for your business requirements.
Our management team is the foundation of our company, bringing to the table years of property management experience. We provide clear strategic thinking in communications, finance and site development.

Founder of Dragonwood Enterprises Ltd, Mr. Givton was born in Cairo in the mid 1940’s, spending several years in the Middle East. He worked briefly in the film industry in the late 1960’s, arriving in Vancouver in 1973. Albert established his first company in 1974 and Dragownood Enterprises in 1995.
Albert has written and published two books on wine and is a world renowned Wine Connoisseur. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to Europe and around the world to wine regions in France, Italy and California. |

 Andrew Chisholm President |
Andrew has worked in the private and public sector in multiple executive roles. He has held positions such as Director of the Electronic Services Initiative for the Province of BC along with Public Sector Roles including but not limited to Associate Regional Executive Officer with the Ministry of Social Development and Economic Security, BC Benefits Manager, Early Detection and Prevention Supervisor, and District Supervisor. Andrew has also worked at Best Buy and Future Shop, project managing the largest point of sale change for both brands in many years, ensuring compliance with privacy legislation such as PIPEDA and PIPA. Andrew was also responsible for ensuring compliance with the competition act as it related to Future Shop and Best Buy’s marketing practices. Andrew completed his undergraduate degree at SFU and also represented the province of BC at the Social Policy Institute of Canada for three years.
Andrew enjoys all types of fishing , cooking and gardening, but most of all enjoys spending time with his daughter Golden. |

 Orly Givton Chisholm Vice President, Communications & Finance |
Orly graduated from UBC with a Major in English Literature and a Minor in Theatre History. Orly has worked in the retail sector in various supervisory positions. She also worked at the University of Northern BC in Prince George for a short time, before moving back to Vancouver and joining her family’s business at Dragonwood. As VP of Communications and Finance, Orly is responsible for tenant relations as well as the company’s finances.
Orly has a strong appreciation for fashion, is an avid reader, and enjoys yoga. On her days off, she likes to spend time with her daughter and her two dogs. |
